From being the most followed creator on Tumblr, to launching the first (and most adored) influencer marketing agency— James wants you to know he loves helping people turn their wildest dreams into reality.

Grace joined Fohr in its infancy and has been instrumental in our growth over the years. She launched our managed campaigns business and has built, sold and executed more influencer campaigns than nearly any person on earth. Someone once called her “human champagne” and she’s pretty proud of that.

Micah and James were roommates in college and James used this personal relationship as ammunition in his bid to get Micah to leave a lucrative career in Fortune 100 corporate finance to join Fohr. We asked Micah to explain his job and he said he “leads our finance activities and many of our process improvement initiatives” which is his way of saying he keeps the boat afloat. He holds an MBA and Masters in Finance from Boston College, and the only thing he loves more than Fohr is Excel.

Gabs oversees our managed services team, bringing a wealth of industry experience and 3 Emmy noms to the team. Some of her key career triumphs include: hosting a gala for puppies (in a blizzard), running #TheFutureIsVoting midterm campaign, outfitting chefs with Tan France for the James Beard Awards, launching Facebook Watch and leading show marketing for its first slate of programming, shooting a commercial w 3 NFL QBs... and another one in the Andes, leading a global skincare launch, modeling dupe Spanx on the Today Show, making IGTV videos w Shaq at Final Four, winning a STREAMY for the cult classic show #SummerBreak, rebranding century-old china, and traveling the world with Fohr's fav hotel brand. Gabs is known to reference the Kardashians unironically, use more than one metaphor to make a point, and is an unofficial #saladinfluencer actively seeking brand deals.

Arsie brings over a decade of experience leading People Ops at early-stage startups, where she’s helped build cultures that scale. She’s especially proud of growing teams with care, crafting thoughtful systems, and championing inclusive, human-centered practices (with minimal eye-rolls about HR policies). Her approach combines empathy, professionalism, and a touch of humor because authentic connections are essential to building workplaces that thrive. When the laptop closes, Arsie can be found pruning her balcony garden or chasing after her opinionated toddler.

Lauren leads our platform sales team with the kind of energy that could probably power a small city. She’s built high-performing sales teams, crafted go-to-market strategies that actually go somewhere, and knows how to turn client relationships into long-term partnerships. With a deep background in influencer marketing and SaaS sales, Lauren is all about collaboration, mentorship, and helping teams win together. She brings a sharp focus to growth and a genuine commitment to creating value—for clients and teammates alike.

Travis comes to Fohr from Family Brothers, the design agency he co-founded in 2012 (of note: one of Family Brothers’ first projects was Fohr’s original branding). In previous lives, Travis has worked as a shoe salesman, a sandwich guy, a barista, a writer, an illustrator, graphic designer, consultant, and small business owner. He is ranked #1 for most rejected articles on restaurant branding at Monocle magazine.

Jacqueline brings nearly a decade of experience in NYC helping beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands grow through creator strategy, digital innovation, and partnerships that drive results. She’s led new business at creative agencies and Series A startups, working across influencer marketing, AR/VR, and immersive brand storytelling. Before Fohr, she launched first-to-market campaigns for Alo Yoga and Elizabeth Arden in the metaverse, pitched and won work with Milani Cosmetics and Dr. Dennis Gross, and helped secure a partnership with FIFA World Cup 2026's hospitality partner. She’s focused on building scalable growth strategies, forging high-impact partnerships, and turning brand vision into measurable business outcomes.

Dave joined Fohr after over a decade in practicing law in technology and digital media, most recently as head of the Legal and Business Affairs Team for Group Nine Media. After spending most of his life in New York, Dave moved to Arizona with his wife and two kids, where he spends as much time as possible outside and away from subways.

Sheila joined Fohr after several years of living in London, China, and Spain, and working in the travel industry. She studied International Relations but became interested in tech after a frustrating website experience led to a Google search entitled 'what makes a website bad?'. She was hooked ever since. She is passionate about systems that are data informed and human centric. Once her laptop is closed, you can find her hiking and exploring vineyards.

Stephanie joined the Fohr team after her time working with luxury health & wellness brands at Robb Report Magazine. A Boston University graduate, Stephanie earned a degree in psychology. In her spare time you can find her spinning, eating avocados, on a beach somewhere, or running around her beloved hometown with friends and family. She is a Manhattan native (and proud of it).

Griselda is a proud born and raised Bronx native. She worked throughout college gaining experience as an Accounting Clerk, Account Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist, and Staff Accountant across multiple industries. She ultimately worked her way up to becoming an Operations & Finance Manager for the tech company that created Vine before joining Fohr. Her interest in technology, data analyzation, and activism led her to becoming a Webby Award winner for her app, Subdial. Griselda combines her strong knowledge of finance, accounting and project management experience to implement and improve processes that directly relate to Fohr’s long-terms goals. Her mantra is "Luck is when preparation meets opportunity"

Barbara is a proud Yonkers native (shoutout to DMX & Mary J. Blige) with 4+ years of accounting experience in the nonprofit media industry. She is result & detailed oriented, self starting and has a keen eye for detail. When she's not working on her accounting duties, she is planning her next trip and spending time with her beloved bunny, Canelo.

Luma started off at Fohr as the Office Manager, quickly grew through multiple roles and is now our Creative Producer. She is responsible for our largest scale and most ambitious creative initiatives and is a fundamental part of our ability to "get sh*t done". Luma thrives where creativity meets execution; with a background of over a decade in the art world and fashion she delicately balances big-picture strategy and millimetrically planned logistics, bringing a mix of aesthetic sensibility, operational rigor, and cultural insight to every project that lands on her plate. She has brought to life some of our most biggest moments like our first ever Fohr Conference, our multi part App Relaunch campaign, activation and launch event, all our editions of The Fohr Almanac of Influence, the Fohr Education Center and so much more. She helps us create and execute challenging projects that helps us remember who we really are and what we're all about.

Donald was born in the Dominican Republic and sports have always been his passion, especially baseball (even thought he’s currently playing volleyball). Donald holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Cyber Security Intelligence. His IT career began with the New York Mets as an IT Help Desk right after college. It was an incredible opportunity for someone who has a passion for technology and baseball. Doing what you love and enjoying it to the fullest is truly amazing. He has a loving family, and enjoys traveling and trying different types of cuisine - he’s a bit of a foodie. He enjoys working with other and providing assistance however is possible. He loves to help people improve their skills and personal lives.

Ryan was born and raised in China, came to the U.S. for grad school and decided to stay. He started his career in tech and looks forward to contributing to Fohr’s mission by helping shape products that empower creators and brands to connect in meaningful ways. Outside of work, he is an artist and photographer, constantly finding new inspiration in NYC’s vibrant culture. Interesting fact he would like to share: If you say his name backwards in Mandarin, it sounds like "Teal Mermaid"!

Giuliana (she/her) is a Florida State graduate who has spent the past few years working in both Project Management and Event Management. She has managed international events, website development, advertising launches, and marketing tactics through these roles. In her free time, she loves to see Broadway shows, attend rock concerts, eat any and every type of cuisine, hike, explore New York, and travel.

Sophie joins Fohr with experience executing over 100+ influencer marketing campaigns, including brands such as Equinox, Google, Bumble, and Brooklinen. A Los Angeles native, Sophie ditched her west coast roots for New York City after graduating from the University of Oregon with an honors degree in Advertising. Outside of work, Sophie avidly keeps up with politics, is a devout skincare junkie, and watches Tiktoks until she falls asleep.

Kevin is a digital native that has been working in the influencer space with emerging brands from around the world since 2018. With a strong foundation in strategy and creative direction, a value for authentic storytelling, and working as a content creator himself with brands such as FARFETCH and Calvin Klein, he has touched many different aspects of the digital marketing space and approaches influencer marketing with a holistic viewpoint of creating a meaningful connection point for brands and consumers. Outside of the office, you’ll find Kevin trying on Comme des Garçons pieces, planning a detailed trip to a European island, or laughing with his wife & 1-year-old daughter.

Originally from Richmond, VA, Nevin joined Fohr with experience in copywriting and content strategy, specializing in brand activation. A design enthusiast, Nevin finds inspiration in all things visual, from digital and print media to fashion and interior design. As a Leo who refuses to be bored, she's always on the lookout for new book recommendations, testing out recipes in the kitchen, and creating photo albums that document her life in the LES.

Born in Jersey, Alley grew up between the Florida sun and the Colorado Rockies, then migrated to the Midwest to attend the University of Kansas. Now, she’s staying put as a Manhattan girl. Alley’s whole career has been spent fostering relationships to help businesses grow. When she’s not in the office, you can catch her in her KU basketball jersey or searching for the best espresso martini.

Suzannah is an Atlanta transplant who moved to New York 6 years ago to attend Parsons School for Design. Her career launched in the world of luxury PR working with brands such as Marimekko, John Hardy and Veuve Cliquot before she joined the account management team at a creative agency focused on hospitality, fashion and beauty. When not in the office, you can find her biking in Central Park or cooking for her friends.

Brandon brings 9 years of digital marketing experience to Fohr. Over his past 6 years on the Fohr team, Brandon has launched ambassador programs across various verticals for brands such as Urban Outfitters, Instacart, Supergoop!, OLLY Wellness, and Shutterfly. Before joining the Fohr team, Brandon worked in the broadcast advertising space, working in production and client services for brands such as PetSmart, Kohl’s, and Ashley Homestore. Originally from southern California, Brandon moved to New York to fulfill his destiny of becoming Chandler Bing. On the weekend, you can probably find him at a concert, at brunch, or in a Taylor Swift-themed SoulCycle class.

Avrielle brings just shy of a decade of digital marketing experience to the Fohr team. While her expertise is in influencer relations and client services, she also has experience in PR, Social, and Paid Broadcast. Over the years, she's launched paid influencer marketing campaigns, SMTs/Ground Tours, original ambassador & affiliate programs, and executed successful earned projects. She's worked with a wide variety of brands across categories including Ulta, Stitch Fix, Northwestern Mutual, Each & Every, Taskrabbit, Bumble, Laura Geller, Jack in the Box, and more. If she's not planning her next getaway, you can find her discovering gems at her local thrift shops, oversharing videos of her dog Kygo, and likely in the thick of one too many DIY home projects.

Born and raised in Germany, Anni left *real* pretzels behind, moved to New York for grad school and has since refused to leave. She comes from a talent management background executing campaigns for a broad roster of ambassadors. Her biggest passions are romanticizing NYC, live sports and working Taylor Swift into every conversation.

Jessie is a New Yorker who joined the Fohr team in 2024 and has managed influencer campaigns for a variety of CPG, retailer, and beauty brands such as Tide, Neutrogena, Walmart, Downy, Aveeno and Costco. She has 5+ years of experience across brand management, PR, influencer campaign management, ambassadorship program facilitation, content creation, and event planning. Her true passion is in the influencer space and fostering meaningful and authentic partnerships between brands and creators. When she’s not at work, Jessie can be found on her Peloton, at Pilates, taking a HGW, watching reality TV, or obsessing over Taylor Swift.

Alexis is a Jersey Girl through and through (she said to take that how you’d like). She’s spent the last 7 years in the digital marketing space, and after finding her love of everything influencer, she never looked back. Specializing in the execution of at-scale and ambassador programs, she’s worked across various verticals and brands, including Google, Sephora, Fujifilm, and Tanqueray. When she’s not at the office, you can find her pairing her favorite children’s menu items with a margarita.

Karis is Texas grown and Berkeley educated, but currently resides in Brooklyn. She joins the Fohr team with 7 years of experience in the influencer industry where she’s overseen campaigns for brands such as Marc Jacobs and Hugo Boss fragrances, worked as a talent manager, and shaped brand and creator strategy at an influencer affiliate platform. Outside of the office, Karis is driven by borrowed nostalgia for the unremembered 80s and enjoys collecting paper thin vintage tee shirts and post-punk vinyl reissues.

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Pennsylvania, Giovanny comes with a decade of experience in public relations and brand marketing. Always well-versed in the latest industry news and trends, he continues to stay alert of social media changes to provide the best recommendations and services to brand partners. You can find him in his Queens neighborhood of Astoria at either of his favorite Middle Eastern or Greek restaurant...he can't choose one.

Giovanna joined the Fohr team in 2024 after almost a decade of working in the music and advertising industries. A native New Yorker through and through, Giovanna graduated from NYU with a degree in marketing and communications, and has since worked in brand partnerships and project management roles across multiple record labels and creative agencies. When she isn’t at her desk, you can find her on a hot girl walk listening to a podcast, at a [solidcore] class, going to concerts and restaurants with friends, or searching for the best mocktail in NYC.

Natalie is a Jersey girl interested in social media marketing, branding, public relations, and influencer marketing. She received her Bachelor's degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Master's degree from Rutgers University, both in Fashion Business Management. Natalie has over 5 years of experience working in the fashion and influencer marketing spaces with brands such as Marc Fisher, Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, and Whalar. Aside from her professional life, Natalie is a content creator, focused in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, as well as a gym-goer and family-oriented individual who loves spending time with her loved ones eating and watching reality tv.

Cristian is a native New Yorker with a background in media production, creative strategy, social media management, and project management. He has a passion for problem-solving, making meaningful connections with people, and is always trying to innovate in the workplace. Outside of work, Cristian spends his time scouring Spotify to make the perfect monthly playlist, at a live show with some pals, or basking in the sun in his front yard (Domino Park). As a former competitive hurdler, he is currently on track to earn his six-star medal by running marathons in NYC, Chicago, Boston, London, Berlin, and Tokyo!

Darion Hammond is a public relations specialist with experience in media relations and digital marketing and comes from a creative agency background. He has worked with several brands in the consumer, food and beverage, wine and spirits, and the fem-care industry. Five years ago, Darion moved to New York City after graduating from university in Denver, CO. During his free time, Darion enjoys socializing, trying new restaurants, attending concerts, and traveling.

Dillon (he/him) is a New York native who studied Literature and Art History at Hamilton College in upstate New York! Before joining Fohr, he worked in food media and event production, specializing in influencer marketing, brand partnerships and experiential activations. He's obsessed with yoga, film, and all things pop culture.

Karis (pronounced like Paris) was born and raised in New Jersey where she grew up surrounded by art and theatre. Upon completing her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Hartford, she relocated to Manhattan to further pursue her passion for storytelling. For the past 4 years, she has been crafting brand narratives through social media marketing, specializing in influencer partnerships and content strategy. When she isn’t scrolling or designing captivating campaigns, you can find her walking her dog Luka, lifting weights, and earning Beauty Insider points.

Born in Jersey and raised in Massachusetts, Kylie found her way back to NJ when she attended Rutgers University for her undergrad. Shortly after graduating, she took her newly found wisdom over to Manhattan to start her career in PR. Over the last couple of years, she has worked across a number of clients from Visit London to Visit Montauk, as well as resorts within the Caribbean. Outside of work, you can find Kylie at spin class or begging her friends to go on a run with her, but she'll also never say no to binge-watching a new TV show with her roommates or gossiping on the latest in pop culture with friends.

Sabrina Leba comes from a diverse background in public relations, marketing, and magazines. Her portfolio includes working with some exciting up-and-coming brands such as COU COU Intimates, Axel Arigato, MUNICIPAL, and Forme Science. Additionally, she has had the opportunity to interview renowned skincare experts such as Melanie Simone and Dr. Barbara Sturm. Sabrina brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and exceptional creativity to her work. Outside of work, she is an avid enthusiast in all things film, skincare, running, and travel.

Scott is bringing his combined experience in Olympic Sports, Fitness, Social Media and Talent Development to his role at Fohr. A former figure skater having qualified for two Olympics Trials, he brings a drive and detail oriented energy to all of his work. He loves making authentic connections with the people he spends time with, bringing that energy into all of his work spaces. Outside of life at Fohr, you will find him teaching fitness classes at SoulCycle and The Class, running through NYC, and spending time with his Miniature Pinscher Winston.

Theo (he/him) graduated from The University of Delaware, Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management and a minor in Advertising. He's a dynamic and engaging communicator with great analytical and strategic skills, adept at reading data for insights and clients for feedback. His experience includes digital marketing campaigns, marketing strategy research, competitive research and analysis, experiential marketing, and event planning. When he's not at work, he loves to shop for vintage finds at flea markets or goodwills around the city. He's also very into cooking. He loves cheffing up meals for all his roommates. He also loves playing golf on the weekends.

Georgia comes to Fohr with experiences in project management, art direction, and ambassador marketing. During her time here, she has executed numerous influencer campaigns for major retail brands, reflecting her passion for fashion, beauty, and interior design. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Georgia pursued her studies in Advertising at the University of Oregon. In her free time, she is chronically online -- likely booking her next Resy or pilates class.

Princess is a South Florida native who got her B.S. from Florida State University. Despite always having a passion for social media, her love for TikTok came from her year of teaching middle school, when her students encouraged/forced her to try out the app. With almost five years in the social media world, she has spent time creating content, building communities, and leading influencer campaigns for numerous brands, but she is so excited to learn from the Kohls team. She enjoys bingeing romance books, watching more TV than necessary, shopping for purses, and traveling with her friends in her free time.

Ellie (she/her) is a native New Yorker with a B.A in Communications from Fordham University and an M.A in Strategic Marketing from the University of Greenwich. She discovered her passion for digital marketing through her various internships with PR agencies where she developed her skills in a range of areas including media relations, research, and media monitoring. In her free time, you can find her roller skating, at a museum, or roaming the snack aisle at Trader Joe’s.

Before joining Fohr, Adeline worked in beauty PR, where she managed campaigns for renowned brands such as essie, LAWLESS Beauty, PCA SKIN, Westman Atelier, Byredo, among others. A proud Midwest native, Adeline was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Nebraska where she studied Advertising and Public Relations. Adeline moved to NYC a year ago and has since fallen in love with the city. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring new restaurants with friends, indulging in a good book, and listening to Taylor Swift.

Ashley is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology where she studied Advertising & Marketing Communications. Her background includes global influencer marketing in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle spaces at agencies and freelancing. She has worked with various markets and archetypes of talent for clients including Clinique, MAC, Bulgari, Montblanc, Hennessy, and more. In her free time, she is growing her reading list, rewatching Interstellar, and picking out the best flowers at the bodega.

Ricky comes to us from the worlds of athlete representation, marketing, and partnership development. With a deep understanding of both sports and business, he connects top-tier athletes with brands to create impactful collaborations. His expertise spans across the four major sports leagues. He's successfully secured campaigns and partnerships for dozens of high-profile athletes and has a passion for fostering meaningful relationships and driving growth in the sports industry. Outside of work, he combines his competitive spirit with a love for adventure. In the warmer months, you’ll find him playing golf, and in the winter, he develops an 'unhealthy obsession' with snowboarding and searching for fresh turns.

Brigid is from the smaller apple, Minneapolis, and graduated with her B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology in 2020 from St. Olaf College. Upon graduating, she moved to New York having never visited with a job as a Personal Assistant, later transitioning into working as a Writer and Producer for Comedy Central’s Brand Creative Team. Brigid has worked on campaigns for The Daily Show, South Park and Paramount’s Yellowstone. She brings her curiosity and people-oriented mindset into every space that she is in, and is excited to be learning from and with the JCPenney team. When Brigid is not working, she likes to read, browse the SSENSE website, and giggle with her friends.

Emerson is super excited to join the team as the new office assistant! They've spent a lot of time in the hospitality and service industry, where they loved creating awesome experiences for guests, and they are eager to bring that same energy to Fohr. When they are not working, you’ll probably find them buried in a good book, watching movies (add them on letterboxd!), or checking out new restaurants. If you ever need a restaurant or book rec they can be your new person! They are thrilled to get to know everyone!
